Tullamore Court Hotel

Central location, good place for meeting with a group

Food was fantastic and very good value. Included use of leisure centre and pool was a real bonus. Pool was 20m, large for a hotel, which suits me as an ex-competitive swimmer.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the dining and bar staff. The hotel is clearly a busy, buzzing place well utilised by tourists and locals alike, so there was an interesting mix of guests- golfers and Agricultural Show attendees as well as a wedding thrown into the mix, which made it an interesting place to be! Room was soundproof. Dining options were generous and varied. I will make special mention of Katie, one of the breakfast hosts, who does a great job.Convenient to a number of sights, e.g. Clonmacnoise and the Greenway.

Since last we stayed in the Tullamore Court breakfast has become completely self service, excellent choices for breakfast great variety but we still would like a pot of tea made for us not from a self service machine. Had a nice meal in the bar served by the lovely warm welcoming Ciara who looked after us to the best nothing was too much trouble for her, Ciara is a great asset to the hotel. Our room was quite large with a very comfortable bed and good lighting in the bathroom for applying make-up.

Hotel staff were so lovely and helpful! Granted, we did luckily get a free upgrade so we may be biased, but truly the hotel was beautiful and so were the facilities. The gym was a decent size, good for general working out, the pool was lovely as was the sauna and steam room. The room was lovely, bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! Breakfast was super yum and they had plenty of options, as did dinner
